What are the main features?

We know that when we share out goals with nominated individuals, the chance of achieving them successfully is 95%. Goal Mentor not only makes it quick and easy for individuals to share their goals with their chosen 'goal mentors,' but it also delivers helpful nudges over a 90 day period to encourage progression with their goals. 

When integrated as part of a development or coaching programme, goal mentor feedback ensures participants are working on their goals and applying their learning directly back to their workplace.

Goal mentors can be anyone you work closely with, who can provide feedback as to how you are progressing against your goal.

The platform delivers a nudge every 30 days with highly practical advice and insight.

After 90 days your goal mentors are prompted to provide feedback as to how they think you've progressed.

Accreditation 3

Once feedback is provided, it is available to view alongside a comparison with your own self-assessment.
