Making it Real

Shine a light on key behaviours in a context true to your organisation

The starting point

Making it Real events are designed to be a complementary component of a development journey; they shine a light on the key behaviours that, if developed, enable your people to be even more successful now and in the future.

The event focuses people's thoughts beyond the boundaries of a team to see the wider organisational picture and their role in that - how they can work effectively across departments and even global boundaries to deliver on their strategic objectives and the desired customer promise.

By simulating the real pressures of your organisation, participants are able to acquire and practice new behaviours in a way that makes them more sustainable back in the workplace.

What participants say

We recently evaluated a Making it Real event 7 years after it took place. Of the 119 participants surveyed, 85% said it was the most powerful learning experience they have had in their careers to date.

This experience gives so much more than a traditional development intervention, and can be pivotal in leaders understanding their own impact and critical development needs.
