One of t-three's fundamental principals is to transfer skills so that clients become self-sufficient in delivering the programmes we design. We have extensive experience in equipping L&D teams to deliver powerful programmes to their staff.
We contract upfront with internal deliverers to assess their learning needs and draw up a plan to ensure they are going to be able to deliver with credibility and confidence. The skills transfer equips the internal programme trainers to deliver and sustain the programme in-house, but also to identify ways of improving the programme and adapting it to fit as circumstances and needs change.
