Revealing individual strengths

The programme supports Eli Lilly’s people in identifying key steps needed to improve their leadership effectiveness. This is benchmarked against the internal competency framework and delivers guidance on future career development. 20 participants engaged in intensive activities designed to deliver insight into their behaviours, strengths and weaknesses.
