1996 t-three (without the group bit...) started life in 1996 with just three team members ("team three" became t-three).
1998 By early 1998 we opened our office in central London and were employing a team of 8.
1999 In 1999 we completed our first ever global project.
2000 We created our online development tools business which supplies psychometric & tailored 360 degree feedback tools to some of the world's most recognised brands
2004 We launched our employee ownership scheme. Today we are completely employee owned. This really drives us all further to ensure we continually offer our partnering clients the very best service and tons of innovative solutions, which bring about the changes they want to see.
2006 The big move! We outgrew our office in London and moved to a new base in sunny Cambridge - where our head office (AKA t-three towers) still is today!
2011 Early 2011 saw the birth of the t-three group. At this time, the Total HR team, who provide strategic HR advice to organisations, were a welcome addition to the group and enabled us to truly start broadening our client offerings in the UK and beyond.
2012 In 2012, Management Evolution joined the group to provide fresh, pragmatic and instantly applicable blended management training on a range of pioneering topics. Courses range in length from full programmes to 90 minute bite sized sessions.
Today We employ 38 employees
