Coaching is primarily about change


Our coaching programmes provide results-focused interventions which help coachees plan, lead and implement successful change and performance improvement. We coach leaders to become more personally effective and equip them to lead their people to achieve the significant agendas their organisations need. Our coaching approaches can be used within wider leadership development programmes or as a stand-alone programme.

Our coaching approaches:

Individual Coaching • Chemistry session between the coachee and two potential coaches, to find the best fit.
• Diagnostic assessment (Facet5) and Truth Teller (if appropriate).
• Objective setting session, using data from the diagnostic assessments.
• Four one-to-one coaching sessions, focused on reflection, challenge and applied learning
• Final coaching session with agreement to an ongoing development plan and evaluation.
Team Coaching • Diagnostic sessions with key stakeholders and team members to gain perspective of team dynamic.
• Facilitated team session to explore values, behaviours and what “high performance” looks like collectively.
• Targeted team coaching interventions, shaped by diagnostic insights and team priorities, to improve collaboration, decision‑making and effectiveness.
Group Coaching (Support & Challenge) • Three to Six facilitated coaching sessions that provides groups opportunity to reconnect.
• Apply challenges set between sessions to encourage real world experimentation and tangible behaviour change.
• Sessions encourages learner ownership and adoption of targeted behaviours.
• Is psychologically based, focused on exploring emotion, mindset and their impact on performance.
• Action‑focused reflection, encouraging a conversational growth mindset through insight, peer challenge and forward planning

Our coaching credentials

Our coaches are highly experienced and qualified individual and team coaches. We are EMCC accredited.

They have spent years collecting practical, pragmatic tools, techniques and models that coachees and teams can use to improve their own performance, and indeed pass on to their teams, to improve theirs. They also reference a multitude of additional resources and data to deepen understanding. Each of our team has a personal CPD programme to enable them to continue developing and all undertake active supervision.
