Virtual

Supporting you and your business remotely

What are the main features?

At t-three we have been using technology to deliver virtual sessions for over 8 years. Our virtual learning methodology has historically been utilised as a format with global clients such as Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals and Jaguar Land Rover, where we work across 9 different countries.

Our virtual content and delivery follows our design methodology of Provoke, Plant, Practise, with a focus on the user experience to ensure that sessions are highly interactive, engaging, practical, memorable and actionable.

Three key elements of our virtual delivery are...

Virtual 1

Neuroscience says we can't concentrate on the same screen for more than 7 minutes, so we change up the delivery style and format every 6 minutes.

Leadership Sprints 4

Facilitating virtual sessions where individuals are comfortable to be vulnerable and supportive of each other.

Blended Learning 4

The outcome is what happens after the session, not during it - our blended approach alongside nudges and apply challenges ensures this.

Investing in virtual delivery

Since the beginning of 2020 we heavily invested in and enhanced our existing virtual learning methodology and are proud that it has been extremely well received, with some clients considering sticking to our virtual learning methodology in the future rather than face to face sessions. A couple of quotes from one of our virtual clients:

"The virtual training was run brilliantly. The team made it feel like they really cared about each other and everyone. The task was to the point, forced us to work together and with other teams all in a virtual setting."

"Incredible program, designing this program virtually is not easy and this program has been wonderful."
