Our coaching approach
Our support and challenge group coaching provides groups and teams with a golden opportunity to reconnect, exchange their views and unpack the implementation of their learning back in the workplace. Each participant within the group is asked to share their experience of taking their previous learning back into the workplace. This will be based typically on the apply challenges that were previously set as part of a module. We are looking for specific, tangible examples of when, where, how and why participants gave something new 'a go,' how they chose to put a new model or way of working into practice, and how they felt it went.
Each support and challenge group coaching session:
Encourages learner ownership and adoption of targeted behaviours.
Reviews how they have progressed with their apply challenge.
Is psychologically based - focusing on emotion and performance.
Encourages a conversational growth mindset through reflection and action setting.
