Behaviour change doesn't just happen

Our customised blended learning approach is so much more than a workshop and supporting videos. From pre-module micro learning through to goal mentor feedback and post workshop nudges, individuals are continually supported to practice and embed new behaviours in the workplace.

The quicker and more frequently a leader can take a new tool, apply it to a real-life situation and dissect their performance through goal mentor feedback, the quicker a new behaviour becomes a habit.

Blended Learning 1

Pre-module micro learning delivers the key skill, placed firmly in your context and reality.

Blended Learning 2

Face to face modules ask participants to put the skills into practice in a working context and give them chance to receive feedback.

Blended Learning 3

In the 'Goal Challenge' participants try out the new skill or behaviour back in the workplace, and nominate goal mentors to provide feedback.

Blended Learning 4

Between modules, participants received timed nudges to keep their learning on track and complete an online reflection log.

Blended Learning 5

A reflection phase allows for a review of their performance and the feedback they received before moving on to the next module.

No matter how engaging a workshop is, habit formation takes time, and happens when individuals are 'nudged' into practicing a new way of doing things again and again. We've developed the technology to do exactly that: remind people to stay on track, and adjust behaviour based on feedback, in a way that's relevant and accessible.
