Become an accredited Facet5 practitioner.

To use Facet5, practitioners need to have successfully completed a Facet5 accreditation programme

The accreditation is an enjoyable, yet intensive, interactive programme. Not only will you leave with the confidence to interpret and debrief Facet5 personal profiles, but also with a greater knowledge of personality profiling in general and how this applies to the workplace, improved performance and to achieving business outcomes.

  • The history and development of Facet5 – including how it compares to other tools in the market

    • The five factors and how important they are for describing and explaining different behaviour

    • How Facet5 can be applied to the entire employee lifecycle, bringing real value to people development

    • Lots of opportunity to practice providing feedback and applying your learnings to work related scenarios

who should attend?

The course is open to any person working the field of HR, OD, coaching, psychology, leadership development or related fields. No specific prior knowledge or experience is needed, although healthy curiosity will help. Some pre-reading is required although this is not difficult or lengthy.
