The European Self Development Programme is an innovative and challenging programme designed to accelerate the talents of emerging leaders. Twenty Candidates chosen from all over Europe engage in activities designed to provide practical opportunities to develop a range of Leadership Skills, receive coaching and feedback to increase self awareness of their strengths and development needs and are given guidance on career development.
Divided into teams, participants are allocated a competitive, secretive task that will take two days to achieve.
A team of experienced observers record the spoken words, behaviour and body language of the participants, from a completely objective viewpoint, during the activities on day one and two. Observers know the competencies of the organisation and they relate the observed behaviours to these in a clear and insightful way.
On the third day the participants each receive a very valuable one-to-one feedback session, plus they take part in three other development sessions:
- Career development workshop
- Reflective learning log
- Actioning personal development
