Our coaching methodology provides a powerful and practical way to help leaders to focus on their behaviours ‘in the moment’. Our coaching includes a two-way coaching contract, an initial diagnostic assessment using online products such as Facet5 and Truth Teller, a set number of face-to-face coaching sessions, and evaluation tracking.
