A shout out for new senior team members!

I am really proud that the t-three group, from the first glimmer of an idea to create a consulting company with a difference, will be 20 years old in July. We are still management owned, have clients across sectors as well as internationally, and have held true to what we do and do well - identifying and developing leaders, changing cultures and making teams really effective. We also have a raft of highly innovative and unique tools and methodologies that complement and add an edge to how we do this. We have grown substantially year on year and are equally ambitious about where we are heading.

So why am I telling you all this? 

As we grow we are looking to find more senior people to join us, contributing to our growth, product development and team leadership. I wondered if you might know of any contacts in your network who would be interested in this exciting opportunity?

They will need to share our passion for what we do and our desire to do it really well. To be that person they would need to:

  • Know the business of leadership, learning and change inside out
  • Be ready to own and grow client relationships and manage a team to deliver to that
  • Be highly credible, want variety and not routine and above all have an insatiable curiosity for how and in what ways we can get better at what we do.
